What it works out to per truck

Most fleet software charges per vehicle, then again per user. Put a quote next to this table. Ours is a flat price for the plan, so the more of your allowance you use, the less each truck costs, and adding a driver, a bookkeeper or a client login never changes the bill.

Pricing questions

What counts as a truck?
Any vehicle you dispatch jobs to: rigid, prime mover, tilt tray, crane truck, ute. Trailers, dollies and equipment are not counted. Drivers and office staff are never counted on any plan.
Why is there no per-user price?
Because the people who most need to be in the system (a new driver, the bookkeeper, a client checking their own jobs) are exactly the people a per-seat price keeps out. Every plan includes unlimited logins.
Is there a free trial?
No. FreightVIS runs your operation, so we ask for a real commitment and give you a real onboarding in return: a walkthrough, help loading your clients and trucks, and direct support for your first weeks. You can cancel at any time from billing settings.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from billing settings. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is never deleted when you move down, you just cannot add records above the new limit.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You are told as you approach it, and the app will not let you add a truck, driver or job past it until you upgrade. Existing records stay exactly as they are.
Do all plans include Xero and MYOB?
Yes. Invoice and timesheet sync with Xero, and invoicing with MYOB, are on every plan including Starter.
How do you bill?
Monthly or yearly by card through Stripe. Yearly is ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. All prices are in Australian dollars.
